Our Story

Coast to Coast Commercial, LLC. is organized in the state of California and currently owns the Sonic Drive-In franchise development rights in Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties, California. Coast to Coast currently owns and operates twelve (12) Sonic Drive-In restaurants with 500+ employees. Coast to Coast operates five Sonic locations in Orange County, two Sonic locations in Los Angeles County, three Sonic locations in Riverside County, and two locations in San Bernardino County. Coast to Coast is slated to open their 13th Sonic location in Santa Fe Springs, CA mid 2024.

Coast to Coast has been the exclusive franchise group with Sonic in the Los Angeles market since securing a Franchise License and exclusive Area Development Agreement at the end of 2007 with Sonic Industries. This Area Development Agreement was renewed with Sonic Industries in August of 2022. The current Development Agreement with Sonic is to develop and open 23 more Sonic restaurants throughout Southern California.

Coast to Coast affiliated entity, Elevated Restaurant Group, has signed two new multi-store Development and Franchise Agreements with the up and coming Dave’s Hot Chicken brand for 15 new store locations in the Los Angeles, CA market and 10 locations for the Phoenix, AZ area.

Elevated Restaurant Group currently owns and operates four Dave's Hot Chicken restaurants in Southern California (Lakewood, Anaheim, Long Beach and Torrance). Elevated Restaurant Group AZ owns and operates the first Dave's Hot Chicken location in Phoenix, AZ. that opened in November 2023.

Coast to Coast is also involved with and seeking future multi-pad retail development projects throughout Southern CA and Arizona. Coast to Coast is currently developing "Phase 2" of a 9-acre shopping center in the City of San Jacinto, CA (Riverside County) with Tenant’s including: Sonic Drive-In, a 7-Eleven gas station, and a Soapy Joes carwash.
