My Story
In the late 80’s, Richard became a franchisee of Jack in the Box. He developed and operated twenty-six Jack in the Box restaurants located in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He is still currently a financial partner in Jack in the Box franchise developments in Southern California.
Richard is the master developer and director of a premier beach front community “El Encanto de la Laguna” in Los Cabos, which consists of 40+ ocean front homes, 100+ beachside condominiums, a beach club and boutique hotel. El Encanto represents over $250,000,000 in residential development and sales.
In late 2007, Richard signed a franchise agreement with Sonic Drive-In restaurants for the exclusive development of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange County restaurants.
