My Story
Dalton graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a minor in Leadership Studies. After college, he relocated to Orange County and found a passion for business operations and Human Resources. He has been working in this field ever since. He loves being a part of the Coast to Coast team and working with restaurant managers on all things people-related, including recruiting, staffing, and HR compliance.
Dalton’s favorite food is sushi, which he eats at least twice per week. He enjoys watching true crime documentaries and playing Mario Party with his girlfriend. He also loves their cat, named Sushi, and their two dogs. Dalton is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan, and thinks he can name all 53 of their players, though this has never been confirmed.
